About Ian
A brief history - Nearly a decade in the making
At 6 years old, Ian joined cub scouts and earned the rank Bobcat.
During his cub scout career, he earned multiple belt loops and pins (precursors to merit badges!), sold a LOT of popcorn, and achieved his Arrow of Light as a Webelo scout in Laurel Pack 1250 and then with Elkridge Pack 432 before bridging into Elkridge Troop 432.
Upon bridging into Troop 432, Ian climbed Old Rag, VA as the youngest troop member.
At the age of 9, Ian became a member of the Elkrdige Jr. Firefighters and participated in emergency response exercises.
Upon moving to PA, Ian visited a few different troops and settled with Trappe Troop 7155 in 2018.
Since joining the troop, Ian has earned 98 merit badges, 2 NOVA, complete Angler, and the Emergency Preparedness awards, among others.
Ian is an Arrowman in the Order of the arrow and currently Chapter Chief of the Lafeyette Chapter of the Unami Lodge One.
Ian comes from a long line, multigeneration of Military members, and wanted to honor their service as well as others that have served and defended our freedom.
